Newbie to Ford - Software searched with support Fiesta ST 2018
Hello together,
Sorry, but I am new to Ford, I am working with BMW applications. But I am looking to get a solution to diagnostic the new Ford Fiesta ST 2018. Is it possible to code Ford cars like Start Stop Memory or other things like deactivation of seat belt reminder? Thanks, Thorsten |

the ford official diagnostic software is Ford IDS, and hardware VCM II
however lots of thing are also be able to code with FORSCAN app & a good ELM 327 bluetooth obd II tool (the windows version of the app is free). check their forum too. |

As @wakawaka said, the cheapest and a very good solution is FORSCAN. Another alternative is FoCOM. Its also very powerful, but not free and you´ll need a special hardware for it. Checkout the web for both things.
Best Regards |

So,
i got ELM327 OBD to USB Dongle to use with Windows Clients. Installed ForScan, I can read error messges. Now, coding isnt easy without a coding sheet? Is there any source, what is possible for newbies? Thorsten |

Check the forscan forums. Users usually compile coding spreadsheets for each vehicle. Be careful what you change, you can damage modules. Always make a backup copy.
