Audi B8 B8.5 gateway pcb photos
Hi I am attaching a photo of 2 gateways one with and one without extended can
is something missing from either Audi B8.5 gateways?? Anyone with photos of extended can gateway in order to compare?? extended can Gateway PN. 8R0907468B 8R0907468G 8R0907468M 8R0907468S 8R0907468AD Purpose. 1.Compare boards with these when purchasing a used one (e.g. ebay) 2. if one can transfer his eeprom (Cloning or de/re soldering) from normal gateway to one with extended can 3. if one can tranform his normal gateway to extended one by soldering missing parts. 4.upgrading gateway from B8 to B8.5 coding and removing CP. 1. 8R0907468B This is hardware H08 8R0907468B comes with software X020 (X023??) Don know why X.
2. 8R0907468B This is hardware H10 8R0908468B comes with software 0025 3. 8R0907468M This is hardware H11 8R0907468B comes with software 0060 Apart from software differences anyone knows what are the hardware differences? Purpose to check if H08 and H10 can be flashed to firmware 0060 and understand why H08, H10, H11 exists. In case I dont have a reply will post photos of 1 and 3 and maybe in the future of 2. Did not decide if I will fit 8T0907468AC or 8R0907468M (both with extended can) to my prefacelift B8 (came with 8T...... gateway) . Any advice on this subject/choice? Second reason will be to upgrade slip ring and gateway in order to install some advanced technologies to my B8. The first reason will be to upgrade gateways to latest firmware before they are sold. Anyone selling a full audi/VW bench kit for flashing purposes? wiring and charger?? If you like my post press

"X" in software version is pre-official version ,usually comes from test cars.
H08 ,H10 etc. is revision number of hardware ,higher number means younger hardware with some improvements ,but as long as hardware number is the same - is the same control unit. |
