Mate, if your BSI file is not ok, never you can put PIN code
Write this file in BSI
Make telecodage off all options and VIN
Go to adaptation of PIN code

I confirm, the PIN is AEMA

As a First, thanks everybody for help, but I had to change BSI, it wasn't posible to fix it. 
Now I post all GOOD CONTENT of the car, Peugeot 307 2.0 HDI RHS ecu and bsi dumps with PIN, if somebody need it.
