I have problem elsawin 6.0 , after select the car , the eslsawin tell me selection blocked please first start the vehicle identification , and this data is not available in elsawin

What car are you looking for, all the details you are entering into Elsawin, and what option are you looking under eg wiring diagrams or something else?

any car are selected the same issue appear , and same issue under all options

Did you click OK at the bottom of the pop up box that opens after you log into Elsawin?

with which serial number did you install ELSA?

if was fault ,where is number correct?
