In the xentry 2019 there is a link in the left upper corner for xentry options and for WIS and EPC when you push on it its connect you to the ewa server http\localhost\9000 i read somwhere that you can change that in c:\mercedesbenz\.... to a link on your desktop so when you push on it EPC or WIS pop's up from your desktop or folder containing the shortcut whitout internet.
let me now if you do now how
i found it with the instrucktions and lost it.
probably in globalsettings and change the http\localhost\9000 link for other link it with notepad

when you instal the WIS discs thet are not installed completly.
its 13GB from the 14GB in the licence string there is somthing disabled.
in the accesrightslist where you see all the options and accesautorisations , the completly right onder list there are the 2 first options that need to be put out probably with another key.
It is just like in the EPC setup with Disable Datacard.
