Hi Guys !

I have a (probably clone) XS Evolution and a working DiagBox 8.55 installation on a W7 32bits machine

But I have a problem, I can't connect my XS to my car, if I run a global test, I have "Unknown Calculator" (Calculateur Inconnu in french) or "no dialog" ("Absence de dialogue" in french)

I tried with FW 4.2.4DB and 4.3.5 but it didn't changed anything, I can't connect to my car.


I have this problem with a Citroen C3 from late 2016 and a DS DS4 CrossBack from early 2016, both BlueHDI version.

does anyone have the solution to this ?

I am waiting for a full chip XS Evolution, maybe it will change something...

try with older diagbox version i.e 8.12 od 7.57

But there's something that I can't understand, why a 7.57 version should be working whereas the 8.55 is not working on these cars ?

its from your xs evolution its not a full chip clone so some protocols wil not work and eventually in new cars after 2015  regards

Hi,

I received my new Full Chip XS Evolution, it is correctly recognized as an evolution board, I flashed the 4.2.4DB firmware on it and tried to connect to my C3 with DiagBox 8.55 but still do not have any success...

I don't know what to try now, I think I have to wait for the V9 to be cracked or and activation patch for it, even if I think that my car's ECU was released before 2016 (because my C3 was produced in 2016 but the model itself begun production in 2012, so i don't think a 2016 C3 and a 2012 C3 have different EC, so I should be able to connect to my C3...)

why do you use 8.55.
Cracked version is something like updates fitted to v7. The max I use is 7.57 because telecoding works without problems. And if I want to telecode new modules like smeg/edc17c60/etc I use the latest v9 and buy token for vin

There is a cracked version of 8.55, which keeps the V7 activation in order to work

If you read the posts of "Simple" exactly, then you can see that Diagbox Update after V07.82 (8.18) only concern LEXIA / Planet (APP update).

The DB 8.55 brings nothing for newer cars, which can only be dignostiziert with the DB. With updates (Maitresox) after 07.61 also changes were made, which among other things no longer allow a higher firmware than 4.3.2. Changed e.g. MAJ_COM = TRUE to MAJ_COM = FALSE.
The original software complies with V07.57 of "scary".

Which version of DB are you using?Im using MRRorry version 9.23 of DB and its working great on old and new sonde.When you install DB it updates firmware of the sonde automatically(no need to manually update)
