Yes , the dash been killed by their tool so they must buy new cluster for him rolling

You can try Digiprog3 on A3 normaly Dash will go on again and change mileage works great or Wakeup/Restore function in Carprog but this i never tested

i think the digiprog with FTDI is the best?

and is Xprog 5.5 ok or should i buy a higher version?

I use 5.5.1 by Louis Andre and it is working good but chinese Adapter for micronas is crap. With Original Adapter it works great on secured micronas
