192 Units are crackable ... Why not use the Unlock CD ? So you don't have to harm any of hardware or screws on the unit.

Download and extract Unlock CD Image
Burn on normal CD-R with Freeware Programm IMGBurn (also possible on DVD-R with IMGBurn and converting on the fly)
Reboot RNS-E with 10 Seconds hold buttons Radio and Setup
When MMI Screen comes up open up the Display to reach CD/DVD Drive - when not rebooting, screen will not open on Pin Screen.
 
Insert burned Software CD/DVD-R and close screen - it will start to update SW on RNS-E
After Reboot you have again the Pin Screen but in lower area you now will find a Serial Number like AUBZ342A35425  --- the last 4 digits are your pin (e. g. in this example 5425) after inserting that pin rns-e opens up directly

If you want, you can them downgrade again software with latest nav dvd, because in Diagnostic it show SW Ver 0700 - or X- so everyone can see that is cracked.  

Downgrade works over Diagnostic - Adaption Channel 97 set to 1 and insert nav dvd with firmware ... then it downgrades. After that check if channel 97 is again at 0. when not then set it to 0.
