All done! I had to do user define update to enable all in "AUDI_MMI3G_ECE" as it shown ”?”. Enabled all in there except any of the bootloaders. I did delete data and the partition too.
I used a 32gb usb stick to do it.
Here is the firmware that is safe for Bose & B&O sound systems & activates green menu

I am preparing to update the firmware on my friends Q7s MMI.
I need newer firmware to get the DAB+ kit from NORDAB to work properly.

So far i read throgh the very detailed .PDF and downloaded the firmware from post #121 and the maps i get from the first post.
VIA the torrent, (going to share active)
If I get this right, this system is a 3G+ unit, with old stock firmware and old maps..

Do you guys think am on the right track?

software version HNav_EU_K0257_6_D2
Navigation version
8R0060884FC ECE 6.26.1
What would I have to go down ???
Do I have to install my MMI software?
do you have to activate the maps ???
