Hi, update for MMI 3G Basic map 2019?

I have a problem on my Q5 when trying to install new map.
I opened red menu (back+car) > update > SD1 > standard mode > cant start installation (button remains gray)
Any suggestions?

Try with green menu! User defined mode.

I updated today my car's MMI 3G+ FW from K0770 to K0942 and the original 2013 maps to this latest 2019 map package. I didn't delete the old maps, I used the activator from first post and everything works.

It took about 2,5 hours in total for the update.

Yesterday I updated my 2014 Audi A5 with B&O from K0900 to K0942. I used the stock firmware and everything worked perfectly afterwards. I also updated the maps from 2016 to 2019. First deleted the database and partition and then started a clean install from SD. It took a little more then 1.5 hours and afterwards everything worked as it should.

For some reason I didn't needed the activator for it to work. My navigation has only been updated once before by the Audi Dealer.

I believe if you had updated your firmware then you would have needed to use the activator.

What activator has everyone used for hnav 3gHigh? As I couldn't get the activator from the previous update to work and ended up using the activator for 6.26.1 Hnav maps that atilla linked too when update on the previous map version.
