What language you want?
For example for polish you need special files and flash unit with them.... If I helped, please magic buttons thx+rep

Flash CCC/MASK is technically possible - but very dangerous about flash aborts ... the most aborts during flashing the units ends with a dead CCC/MASK unit! Flash the unit with ICOM B (optical over most) and ISTA-P or WinKFP! Much saver method |
