Hi everyone!

Everyday i got a PM's with questions :

How to activate CarPlay on ID4 ?
It's impossible? I heard someone can flash it,but i'm n00b and don't know what to do...
How to update ID4 HU_NBT2 to ID5 or ID6 ?
What i need? What is E-sys? How to calculate right TAL ? 
Where to get actual psdzdata?

I have created this small package with all things, that you will need to know durning conversion ID4 to ID5 / ID6 - all in one place. You don't need think how to calculate correct TAL, why it's calculates wrong and etc. All package is ready to use. You will need 45-50 minutes for flashing your EVO.
Don't forget to connect car charger!
You can flash evo without charger on good battery, but don't forget - you do it on your own risk.

In attachment you will find 3 links on MEGA.nz
1. Esys 3.33 x64 + extra software
2. Set of psdzdata needed to flash or update ANY NBTevo ID4 to ECE/USA ID5 or ID6 (it depends on coding) 
3. Set of psdzdata needed to flash or update ANY NBTevo ID4 to ASIA (Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea) ID5 or ID6 (it depends on coding) 

Also i've added pictures, that describes HW types of EVO , SW types and Map types.

Each set of psdzdata includes special TAL  that allows you to flash ANY NBTevo to ID5 or ID6.
All you need is just select correct TAL - ECE or USA. For ASIA it's easier to do - there is only one TAL.
This psdzdata is trimmed down and includes files only for NBTevo !!!

Please note - ID4 EVO have only 2GB of RAM (compared to the 4GB for the factory ID5 units)
You may (or may not) experience sporadical reboots etc, we are not responsible for this.

Ok, i've done flashing. What i need to know and what is my next step? 

My Navigation is not working anymore and how to get CarPlay?  

NBTevo ID4 and NBTevo ID5/ID6 has different sets of FSC codes. 

Don't forget to check if your car have WiFi aerial!

If you don't want to remove EVO from the car - just code it with your new VO matched for ID5 or ID6 and then check error messages with Tool32 or ISTA. 
You will see error message about missing Wi-Fi aerial if it's, indeed, missing.
