You can use coding unlock function to code ID4 to ID5 without any restrictions and errors. 
For example it can be done by FemtoEVO.

No, you don't need to clear FSC.
You need to modify your FA to use it with ID5/ID6.

Anyone know the reason for this, do I need to change screen to id5 or 6 screen version?

Hi! Resolve the problem? Id4 evo not support id5 apix2 display. I have the same problem with blank screen after upgrade to 18-11 level.

ID4 units can not be upgraded to anything newer than 03.2018
So if you flash it with 07.2018 or 11.2018 or newer, it will behave like you described it. Random crash, screen not working etc.
That's a seperate issue from the lack of memory (only 2gb for most units)

Thanks for information! Did you known, Fullscreen carplay avaible on 03.2018? Or only on 11.18? I have 11.18 and fullscreen. All good, but randomly blank screen, when car on. Sorry for my english..

Maybe? But the lci mini cooper was released after 2018-3 and the headunit from 2017-7 maybe it is not incorporated to the fw yet? I will have to check to be sure.
