Bench programming NBT Evo. Vehicle Parked signal?
I'm working on updating my NBT Evo software on the bench, and I wanted to try loading the official BMW USB update, but the radio says "Installation only when parked."
Does anyone know the CAN bus signal I can send to make the radio think the parking brake is engaged or the transmission is in park? Thanks! |

last update with e-sys already includes or has highly version from web
NBTEVO, ENAV2, MGU - CP OFF, Navi , APPS , Carplay, AA

Good to know, I won't bother with the web update then. There are other functions I would like to be able to test and try out on the bench, and the NBT thinks the vehicle is in motion. Will connecting a ZGW (picking up today) be enough for it to know it is parked, or is there another signal I need to send from my usb-can?

I have found that sending 0xBE 0xDE 0x00 0x00 0x91 to 0x1A1 tells EVO that car is standing still (speed = 0) /Weebyx |
