Unfortunately, this solution does not work.
The engine will not start.

DTC: U1600
MES: Engine start - disabled

Someone maybe a working solution.

The car is now starting, many Thanks for the help! 
but gives U1600 dtc 
It gives an immo error in the instrument panel. The accelerator be moved causes a motor fault on the instrument panel.

The eprom should also be changed?

I searched for dtc off edc15c7 ECU
The code can be deleted.
But this may not solve the accelerator problem (mil on)

The 369116 file addresses for U1600 dtc are attached.

all address to 00 for remove u1600??

No, based on the few examples found:

code for defect memory - remains unchanged
The other values must be changed to max
8bit - 255
16bit - 65535
(I'm just learning)

Nice info, tried this on a total immo off (desoldered eeprom, read and make flash with otocheck).

And before the mod that you write i have error code con lcd and message check engine, MIL on and error u1600 on ECU (EDC15C7).
After your mod, no MIL,no error code in ECU, no engine check message but code message (yellow key) on dash lcd.

Maybe i can try to put at 65535 also code for defect memory??

P.S. I've also tested MIL unplugging an injector and it is working.
