I have used Kess V2 EU red PCB 5.017 and Ktag V7.020 for a little while. I paid about $200 including shipping.
And I'm very satisfied, looks pretty fast and I'm using an windows 7, 32 bit laptop with only tuning software installed.
Back to basic....account reset to 2018  yikes
