This countdown is very very annoying!! Have to close 3 to 4 times. sometimes its an endless cycle!! Have to control delete

I have also renamed the file. And Ista+ will stop without counting down. But I do not print to PDF. My default printer is not PDF. Is there a setting in registry that will prevent this "auto" pdf print?

Ok, I have found a solution that will prevent the conversion to pdf to happen.
In the ISTAGUI.exe.config you can change this key from: <!-- if false, no FASTA data will be generated at all --> <add key="FASTAEnabled" value="true" /> to <!-- if false, no FASTA data will be generated at all --> <add key="FASTAEnabled" value="false" /> Hope this will work for you aswell Don't forget to press
