Hello to all user 
A bmw 520d 2001 with DDE3 CONTROL
have a problem with the pump psg5 vp44
After change car dont start no fuell in injecter
I have read the the psg5 on the bench using 
K-line adapter no dtc found 
And dde3 control cont 3 defaut


fault code 42. dde control module ( Eeprom and configuration)

Any help please car no start and i have a big problem with client

Put diesel directly into pump intake pipe! 0,5 lt is enough. If pump doesn’t pull out diesel it means that it don’t intake.

did you put pump with the same number as the old one. because this errors will come when there is difference.
tell us the hole story of what happen.

Hello sounds to me like pump ecu is not coded in hence no start and no fuel at injectors need same data from original pump ecu to be in new pump ecu. 

I haven't done personally on bmw but in other manufacturers that use same pump it is coded in with rest of units on car maybe something to look into after you have tried what blackTDI has suggested

i think the same number because i send the old pump to  same one  for repair but hi is a cheater hi close the phone 

and dont send me the old pump so i have by a new from  a crached 520d

this is the question with this number 0281010480 is aford pump or audi or bmw 

after researching for ford pump or audi is with immo inside but for bmw i dont uknow

the pump must be from bmw, other will not work. inside the soft is OTP by bosch. you can't put other pump only from bmw

1 -  virgin dde3  0281010205 

2 - make synch ews to dde3 or write isn from ews to dde3 

can you give me your opinion for this methode
