2013 Q5 HEADLIGHT RANGE MASSAGE
hi I would like to disable the error in instrument cluster for headlight range defective, customer install without corning light assembly and now want to get the error deleted . code is for both side motores as these used lights are not adeptive lights. can some body tell me what module to need to change coding. I tried cluster /adeptive light module and central electronic without help.

I think you tried to calibrate headlights with VCDs but you did not finish correctly the procedure.
In any case this is the solution: Do the VCDs calibration properly and DTC will clear. Had the same issue once. Read Ross Tech procedure and problem sorted out. |

problem solved, under module 55 go to adaptation and change "MIL ON" value to 0 from 1, warning light out on dash.
