Hi there.

Working on a BMW X5 F15 2013. 
VIN: 0G62036
Cluster Part Number: 9339896-01

Car came to me with no cluster working so i decided to remove it and found mileage blocker on it, so removed it all still tho no cluster working. 
Checked all fuses found 3 fuses blown in passenger fuse box but am not sure what the 20 amp fuses where for the 5 amp was for cluster power. 
So i got a used cluster still the same wont power up if you start car.
Both cluster if you open door or unlock car the cluster LCD display will turn on but there no information. 
If you press the button on cluster you can see mileage out side temp etc. 
If you do a test with ISTA on cluster it will all wake up all gauges will work. 
I have programmed the car to latest version of ISTA. 

In ISTA have many faults codes here is a few examples: 
- C95403 No Message LCD Brightness Control ACSM RECEIVER 
- CD9540 Signal Invalid Kombi

so i decided to get some used cluster  after trying all the cluster, car has taken mileage from F10 and now mileage in all cluster is 150K.

Is there any way to reset mileage in FEM or will correct mileage be displayed with new cluster?

First of all need virginize used Kombi, 2° Step Code Kombi.
On  kombi you see a not real mileage, you have a red tamper, and increases 5 Km each time you press start button

Yes I understand that. But I had 3 cluster from scrap yard

135i had 35000km

F30 64000km

F10 150000km

Now all 3 cluster say have 150000km when I connect to car. So once kombi is virgin will miles reset in fem ?

It's BDC not FEM, without match from kombi's VIN don't upgrade mileage

Ok so you have a solution to clear mileage from bdc ? Or is a new bdc required if so can I program it with ista offline ?

It's special tool, and it can't be done remotely. It must have connection with car to reset mileage in bdc
