BMW F11 2014 how to read DDE 520D N47T
For a BMW F11 2014 520D with engine code N47T p/n 8577764 I would like to remove egr.
I have KessV2 K-tech clone. What possibilities do I have to read out the ecu? Do I need to open the cover? The ecu has already be chipped by a tuner. Bosch 0 281 030 759 MGU virgin and patching in Europa.

Read/write with opening ecu. I know that autotuner can read/write without taking out ecu but there is virtual read... Bdm read/write best solution for f-series ecu.

That is EDC17C50 right?
KTAG GPT boot mode works well, opening dde is not too bad. I have done a lot on personal car with this dde. |

How can I check if it is EDC17C50?
What version of KTAG should be used? I'll post tomorrow a list what ecu's are supported of the KTAG version I'm using. MGU virgin and patching in Europa.

RealOEM says it is DDE7.01, so that should be EDC17C50. Easy.
I use KTAG 7.020, with K-Suite 2.23. (If by any chance it is DDE7.31, then that is a very difficult to open EDC17CP45.) |

Your part number from above, Googled, shows it as the 2 connector (1 large, 1 small) EDC17C50.
