Hey guys not sure if posting in the correct place, but i have a little problem when trying to read CAS or FRM I get the error
Try Frequency
Try Frequency
Try Frequency Failed Error
And failed in the end has anybody had that problem before ? I tried 1 CAS and  2 frm’s all same problem also tried two differnt software versions and no go

I never had problems reading CAS1 ,2,3,3+ , FRM .
Did you try to read any other device with it ?

I have not tried, what i noticed i installed vvdi prog on my win7 laptop and first 3-4 tries reads no problem than i restarted the laptop and now it says chip connection error or something like that, reliaded the app and back to Frequency Error again same as in my Win10 both laptops have antivirus and firewall disabled

Yup tried 3 different laptops and same problem plus now getting this error

I got it directly from Xhorse , sent them videos and pics and explained whats going on and no response the read my massages but no response

Does chip ID before reading work? Tried reinstalling the firmware?

Yes I meant i turned the laptop off and back on and problem came back, id reading worked before but last night 2 of my laptops Frequency error failed i did not try my third laptop, and yes I reinstalled software even tried the older version and same results

Try to read them from ''MCU'' section select correct mcu and give a try. Try with secured or unsecured.
