I want to work on Mercedes but most of the time i get used modules,

i don't know what tools is best for doing virgins.

What types of modules do you need to deal with? As far as I know, there is no omnipotent equipment to meet all the needs. The function to be achieved means that the cost is very different. MB TOOL and the Mercedes-Benz monster of Changguang Electronics are very common devices.

Hi, "Virginizing" ECU on Mercs is not so easy and not always successful. I know the guy who did this for living, but he is "inside" now and out of action for some time. As I remember he had a good quality programmer, special chip attachment (connector) and extensive knowledge of programming different types of chips. He did few jobs for our garage, charging £100 per ECU. He also cleared CrashData from airbag modules. So, you need to look into programming equipment and learn about chips types used in Mercs ECUs. The best place to look would be Programmers forums not automotive forums, I think.

cgdi is the cheapest option , can erase password on most everything till 2015 or so. mb vvdi same thing.
