I just repacked the full version into a ultra high compression 7z version. Around 66GB.

If you download pszdata_full from time to time, is there a safe way of deleting files that aren't required for your car series, my family have F26, F48 and F30.

Zip file 66GB and full after extracting is 152GB.
I only need dababase for coding/flashing ECUs on F30 and F10 only, which directories and files i can delete to save disk space.

You cannot do this. As each F30 or other model may built from different hardware, different ECU ver. You can built a specific database for your car only by using e-sys to check which CAFD, BLD, SWFL etc file for your car. The rest could be deleted.

.bin locking began in F0xx-18-11-xxx.

4.15.xx and 4.14.xx = F0xx-18-11-xxx, so this is .bin locked.

You need v.4.13.44, which is F0xx-18-07-xxx, and last I-Step without .bin locking.
