Marreli 6o3 ecu problem after writing...
good morning to everyone
I have a serious problem with ecu programming marreli 6o3 I've written up two ecus so far, but no one works ...(with ktag flash,micro,eeprom) the pcb is clean there does not seem to be water oxidation, the files were written normally but no ecus worked they have no communication with the car, it is the same hardware, i can not understand what is going on .... |

Have you tried to test it on bench? How much current it gets? Main relay is switched on by ECU?

Thanks for your answer.. I connect their ecus to the bench with op com, and I just mentioned some pieces of information like h / w and system description , I did not have a regular connection, you say they have a problem ecus? one of them came out of a car that injured, he worked normally....that they told me at least ... |

Look's like problem is with soft. Can you try to program it back with original dumps?
As i understood - you have original ECU bricked, and you are trying to make a clone. yes? Standard problem in these ECU's is water damage. Dont know nothing about something simmilar like your case. |

ecus has a different number for example the authentic one has 55198932CL and the one I wrote has 55198931CJ but both have the same h / w ... can this be the problem? yes i can write back original in donors ecu... the original ecu destroyed by trying to open it, the car was starts with the broken ecu but worked with three cylinders until it stopped completely.(after reading for second time with mpps) I have the original files from the broken ecu(take it with ktag), these i write .. |

Are you shure that Flash IC is the same? In some ECU's 6O3 is S29CL016J.
Write org soft to donor and check. If HW is the same, you can use different numbers, you can use ECU's from Fiat even
