hi need help swopping cloning this ecu i write original ecu data too the replacement ecu with ktag when i scan the car with vcds i get p160a eeprom checksum error my fvdi fails too correct the error or retrieve data over the internet help will be appreciatted

If you read it by ktag write it back also with ktag.

hi thank you so much rod benders car starts 100 percent need advice its got auto transmission not getting gears and it got a error say ecu and transmission software mismatch will appreciatte if you assist

I think you used manual transmission ecu when you needed auto transmission ecu.

It is recommended to use same hardware numbers and software numbers when choosing to replacing ecu
