Evo id4 ,5 and 6 bmw nbt
Hi, i am trying to find a head unit for my f30 nbt retofit and i would like to get an id5 or 6, but i find it hard to tell them apart from the id4 units, does id4 unit have wifi, wold al wifi capable units be either id5 or 6 ?

The picture is NBT HU with ID3 ID 4/5/6 = NBT EVO, which is slimmer in size 1.5 instead of 2 DIN. EVO can be recognized by OABR connection on rear |

ID5/6 always have 4gb. Depending on HW an NBT EVO may, or may not be equipped with internal GPS connector. If no GPS (blue) connector is available. EVO uses ATM for GPS through OABR |

I got a bit discouraged after reading around the forum and asking around that to go the evo route will be too complicated and for regural nbt will be much easier and i will still get the bigger screen and i don't know what else is different from my hu champ2 ! |
