Ihave problem with tuning. 
With 5-th gear the car cant accelerate. Like a no fuel enough.
Manu gearbox.

I yust made a quick look some key maps are missed torqe,boost..etc and some changed wrong. better make good stage 1 from ori file than repair this one..I can help you later after work

i had a quick look in ecm and i dont see anything 'wrong' to cause issue in specifically 5th gear...?

you have good improvement in all other gears?

i have 100% match tune for it, i attach it below and send pass in pm but i dont think will cure your issue

i might be wrong if i looked in more detail
