Replacing thermostat on 2015 GOLF TDI EA288 CRUA
Hi all,
I think my 2015 Golf TDI with EA288 CRUA engine (Canadian model) needs new thermostat as temp is staying at 70~71 C. Before i buy parts,could anyone please let me know that how much work is involved?Is it a straight forward job?Do i need to buy full housing or just the thermostat and the gasket? Having bad luck with thermostats as 2 years ago i had to replace on my X5 35D.Thanks |

It's a straight forward job,
the thermostat comes with a plastic housing, but as always you need to drain the coolant first. I found the SSP for your engine family that will help you understand how the Cooling Circuit works. |
