I've got an EVO with matching ATM on the bench - I can see the ATM in esys, in the connected drive menu I can see Roadside assistance but I cannot see any other items and the Update BMW Services item is greyed out - there are no antennas plugged into the ATM - does it need any (GPS aside) for the online stuff to work?

Need to get this working so willing to pay for info/help if it actually gets it up and running correctly.

For online services to function, you definitely need at least one of the two GSM antennas to be connected, ideally to a real antenna.

As a note, you'll see the ATM in e-sys if KCAN2 is connected, but for the update bmw services item to come up you need a working OABR ethernet link.

Do you have a gateway on your bench setup? If yes, you should be able to load ISTA+, connect to the gateway, and then check for error codes on the ATM... that should tell you if the ethernet link is up.

I wasn't able to get the various online services apps working until I had a working antenna connected... maybe my neighborhood has weak cell signals.

But the main issue I was having was a miswired OABR enet link.

Can you send me a link to the ATM.prg file - i don't have it in my Too32 install.

Once I have that I will read out the errors.

I connected 2 of the BMW wifi antennas to the ATM this morning and the "Update BMW Services" was available - I selected that and it said it was transferring data but nothing else appeared in the Connected Drive Menu.

My bench setup has a ZGW on it and works great with all headunits. I'm using the Carsystems Can wakeup device from customretrofit.

Atm shows normal cafd? Its either coding of evo or wiring problems.
I also had problems with can emu before.Just dint wanna work with atm.
