if you explain why you need this particular number then you would have received many advice from other members how to work around it . 

it doesn't matter if this number is available or not , you can always flash to newer one as long as you know what you are doing , with few click with winKFP in comfort mode .

Just use the update ZUSB function of winKFP, it will give you the latest ZB number it can flash according to your SP-daten version. If the ZB number it gives you is different from your current zusb you can go ahead and program it.
If it wants to flash the same ZB number as your current one you need to update your daten files.

Don't forget to hook up a stable voltage supply to the car, a simple trickle charger isn't enough.
Have your laptop hooked up to it's charger, put the drivers seat belt in its buckle so the car doesn't go to sleep if the ignition is left on for too long.
And don't forget to input the full vin of the car before you press the program button.
