Have you found a solution to allow the ZGW to connect? Have you tested connecting the replacement ZGW module, Power On then Off Ign, Close the doors + Lock the car and allow it to go to sleep for an hour or so?

This all happens if you try to learn flexray, never do that, all will work without a learned flexray (my car does it since 4 years).
Delete the learned felxray and leave it, never learn it again, due to redundancy it will work without being learned
