[SOLVED] YARIS MMT EEPROM LOCATION

VToyota  [SOLVED] YARIS MMT EEPROM LOCATION
Posting here as i cant find the Toyota section anymore, mod please move the thread if there is a better place for it.

Need to find the 93c66 eeprom. Any ideas which one it is? There are what looks like 5 93c66 chips. Covered in protective film as usual, cant make out writing on the chips.

Any help much appreciated.
