Mini R56 uses champ2 (move maps), not CIC.
You can't use USB or enet cable method to get 1b.
Use icom or buy code.

On some champ2's you actually can if you run a DHCP server. It will just start a webserver (and telnet) so you can download "Storage Card2\SWT_DAT.DAT" without any authentication. This file contains all FSC files and you can easily extract them.

The version with debug webserver will also run startup.cesh from the USB storage so you can make a script that copes SWT_DAT.DAT to the USB storage. But I have not seen many champ2's with these debug features enabled. If you grep for "startup.cesh" in sp-daten (16-bit big endian), you'll notice that some firmware versions contain this string and others don't.
