Hello CT, I need some advice to tune a 120D 174hp, it uses EDC17CP02, I heard this uses Tprot and cannot be written by OBD? Its for a friend and I'm not looking to remap cars for money only my own which I have done a few and a few friends. Is it too risky to write via OBD with Galletto? if it is I need a pinout for the ecu for boot mode, could sombody check the flash for me to see if its Tprot?

Updated my PM options, will it show tprot in .bin? I read my friends car earlier with galletto and read fine I think

I've read sometimes tprot is active even on low SW numbers but I hope it's not as would like to write over OBD I need to search for bootmode pinout for galletto just in case, car had been to BMW workshop too

your SW version is 1037396562...
according to the table that I enclose is not tprot. but it is always advisable to have a backup, then read and write in tricore

use 1000 ohm (+-1 1w) in boot wire
the boot pin and pinout
be careful that the colors in pinout is for ktag
