Hey guys need some help/advice i got a customer that has a 2008 bmw e60 it had MASK unit but he retrofitted CIC with emulator everything works no coding has been done yet, problem is

SAT radio dont work 
BT hands free dont work 

Navigation and from what he told me all works, now what exactly does the emulator activate ? Does it activate SAT radio ? Or do i have to use FsTool to apply the fsc? 6F ? 

Or is it as simple that i remove MASK from VO and add CIC and Remove  $693 and Add $655 and recode cic ?

correct VO should be added.

also for sat need FSC emulator do not activate it.
