Windows7 Ultimate 32bit German with
XENTRY Diagnostics OpenShell_19.3.6
the XENTRY Patcher_2019.3 doesn't work.
The Xentry_licbak.exe is not created in C: \ Programme \ Mercedes-Benz \ Xentry \ bin.
Have tried it with the XENTRY Patcher_2018.12
This problem doesn't arise here.
What could that be? Does the patch only work for 64bit?

Hello, the patch applies to X64 bits, this version does not need to backup the XENTRY key, so you will not see the backup program!

Does the patch work with custom installtion path?

Patches are not suitable for custom disks. All defaults are C disks.

why don't you install on X64,  thats 10 times faster and uses all your ram at least

will create a new 64bit system and then try it.

I'm not talking about the backup of the Xentry key,
i mean the (Xentry_licbak.exe) where the Xentry-new desktop shortcut accesses it.

The patcher takes some time, I also closed it too fast
it did not work with the key either

Tick all option, and press One Key Patch, wait 3 minutes, reboot your laptop and enter key.
Bluesky need to clarify which Windows Version is for,
as far as am concerned is for W7 64bit in default instalation location so not sure if you are not trying w8,w10, or x86.

why don't you install on X64,  thats 10 times faster and uses all your ram at least

a: maybe because his equipment is old in 32bit infrastructure as native, or maybe he has got only 3GB of ram?
b: maybe he needs native HHT?
c: win7 x64 will not be much faster than x86 unless hardware spec is met. 
d: maybe he just simply want to stick to the licence which he has got.....
