when you instal the WIS discs thet are not installed completly.
its 13GB from the 14GB in the licence string there is somthing disabled.
in the accesrightslist where you see all the options and accesautorisations , the completly right onder list there are the 2 first options that need to be put out probably with another key.
It is just like in the EPC setup with Disable Datacard.
