XZBMW  help coding frm E87
Hello friends, I am trying to read the data to encode a frm module, but I have an error.

I'm trying to read with the E89 data and the actual chassis is E87. Could it be the problem? Thank you!.
If so, can you help me with the daten for E87? Thanks again!

error description

error in cabd!look at cabl.err and error.log!
coapi-2041: falschen sg-codierindex A_PL2FRX:CODIERINDEX = 11h
FRM2_e89.C08: CODIERINDEX = 08
COAPI-2041: Falschen sg Codierindex SG-Codierindex CODIERINDATEN_LESEN.

I have seen this before. Recommend you update the daten with BMW CODING TOOL. Should work after that. Try it and report.

means the coding index read from your FRM is 11, and it was expecting index 8.
Update your daten files for NCS expert, or NCS expert is not expecting to find an FRMFA in your vehicle.

I just checked my daten and you are absolutely right, only the indices 08/09 of frm2 are found

The files should be in C:\NCSEXPER\DATEN\E89

You should have FRMFA.C11 in that folder
