make sure when you use the new transponder in pg3 must be xxxxxx01 or else the transponder will not be accepted
the keys data and new files are ok if car not start i think you need to synchronise dash and ecu
or try from begining by obd
bring transonder 4d63 ready and adapted to car and check
or try this file put in dash and try to start with the 2 keys that you have

I tried my file
the one with no key and the key that I made from the dump..it did not work

so I will try this file you gave me. With two keys
should I write key one and 2 right and try the vehicle?

no write the file as it is and try to start with the keys that you have

You mean I should Take this file you game and write it in the dash eeprom 93c56 without changing anything and try the keys?

My client lost his key and the car was brought to our workshop to get one made. The key was cut.

here is how the file looks on my Tango. There are two keys in the file. So shouldnt I use key 1 and 2 to write new keys from this file?

i will use them with this file, if they will not make, I will make key 3 and i will keep you posted untill it works

I only write the file you gave me and tried the two key that failed when I did it myself
