help please 2005 chrysler 300c hemi immo off

NChrysler  help please 2005 chrysler 300c hemi immo off
Hello friends, Im thinking this is a major long shot as i cannot find any companies with this vehicle on their vehicle list. I have a 2005 300c hemi with wiring and ecu im putting in my e46. ive opened the computer and read all. I havent been able to identify the brand of this ecu but it looks like a Motorola. Is there anyone that could take a crack at removing immo so i can start it in my bmw before I purchase a standalone ecu? And correct checksum. Huge thanks for anyone who can help!

Hi plkease post good pictures of the ecu including connectors and label numbers thinking

I dont think immo off or emulator possible for this car. What about make a key ?
