Why Kess shows different SW than KTAG on same ECU ?
Hello, why my Kess is showing on an BMW ECU SW: 1037390905 ? When i take out ECU and read backup with KTAG than it shows SW: 1037374712. HW and SW Upg is same in Kess and Ktag: HW 0281012190 SW Upg.: 07812335
Maybe someone saw this already before |

And you score these two numbers on the Internet, you will be given the same car. What the kess reads is the calibration version
On different BMWs with the same control units, they will differ only in calibrations, which merges the Кess. The program is one, and the calibrations are different |

yes, both numbers are written in ECU
