Good day colleagues

I've recently purchased a Chinese X prog 5.84 clone, Software installed. Windows XP PC is finding software and hardware Xprog. 
I want to clear the crash of the Ford Mustang 2019 airbag
wireis connected as per manual

but when I try to read, the error appears Device is silent Timeout error
when I press read button of Xprog software, its trying to connect and configure and this time popping up Windows Alert 
lack of power to the hub port (нехватка электропитания порта концентратора)
After this 2-3 secounds Communiction Error or Device is silent Timeout error  appearing

Those things I tried to do to solve issue but it doesnt make any progress, 

Connecting Xprog Hardware With and without External Power supply 12-14 volts, 3 times changed USB cable.
Disconnecting soldired cable to processor, but resultat is same, 

Please help me to solve this issue who has a fimiliar with it ,
