Use any PSdZData version >= to F020-16-03-504.  Use latest and you cant go wrong:

Thank you, but unfortunately it does not work.
I download, after that I want to extract winzip, or 7zip writes, no archive.

Then you do something wrong.  Extract using latest 7-Zip, and nothing else.
