Your file is damaged.
Read is not good.

file have to be 2mb. not 288kb.
Read the car again. which tool did you use?

I read it by Kess. 
Kess have strange procedure at the beginning with this ecu with programming counter,but shows me that reading was sucessfull. I will try once again. Thanks for feedback!

what ecu ID did you have I've got a good stage 1 mod file for HW0281011786-SW1037369816-UPG.SW-03G906016EH-5687 if you'd like it? its was done with kessv2
