Hi guys!

I have recently installed odis 4.4.10 and have got odis loading up correctly. however, when I try to get a 5054a to connect, odis will not pick it up? I have tried going through edic setup, it picks up the 5054a however when I run through that setup it comes up with an error saying 'unable to install device driver' and asks to find a COM port manually. I have tried all the selected options for COMS ports but no luck! has anyone else had issues trying to get 5054a to connect with odis 4.4.10?

also, I have a genuine 5054a and a clone 5054a, neither seems to connect.

Could it be that Windows has created an "unknown hidden device" for that? Look into the device manager and delete all of these devices and try it again.
Have you used the patched driver for the clone?
Have you tried the EDIC manager to add a new device?
Firmware of VAS5054A?

Thru the Edic configurator you trying to add your head for bluetooth, thats why asking you to add manualy the com port.......
For to add your head for to works with bluetooth first you need to pair your head thru your computer bluetooth configurator and then thru the Edic configurator........
When you have your head connected thru usb cable (for to use your head thru usb) you have nothing to do for to configure your head from the Edic configurator.........

I have problem with my vas5054a not being picked up by odis software it come up fine in EDIC configuration. I attach a screen shot of anybody can help please
