What exactly do you expect by stage 2? ....mximum for this engine about 145hp...

Then make sure he has supporting modifications, stage 1 2 and 3 are all just a guide to how kuch mods have been done

Stage 1 - standard engine

Stage 2 - exhaust, intake work etc or hybrid turbo 

Stage 3 - big turbo, injectors, clutch, maybe even driveshafts

Stages are a gimmick, it's just a means of saying how modified it is over standard 

Rewriting a map is all the same, and none of what I posted above is limited
