I did not importet the following key:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\BMW\ISPI\TRIC\ISTALauncher]
"BMW.TricTools.IstaLauncher.InstallationStatus"="InstallationComplete"

So I saw the before mentioned Error message.

ISTA D installation for you easy as ABC but nightmare for me. Downloaded and installed many versions in 2 weeks but still failed.
Appreciated if someone can install for me thru teamview.

This error shows when only other database is in sql folder You must have at least one language database for example EN.

My problem resolved i reset the internet options in windows to default values and now evrything works correct
