so only explane would be that file get courupted over server,rar,or by programs(like compare and save in two diferent editors) can sometimes do mess..I had simular case like this few times

i havent downloaded your file but this could happen if someone uses a map pack not for that sw.

I am not teling what is the case here as I didnt iven check other than quick maps compare...
 and this tipe of coruption you wont see by comparing maps and calibration areas..like sayed before had isue once on bmw and pcr2.1 file corupted over sending thrue server..(see atachment)if he have time worth look into..If not make new file and case closed

also tune is bad in my opinion, decalibrated on duration and torque to iq...also mostly raised in %

I agree is not perfect but also % usualy cant kill the car we see worse especialy those edc16+ bmws..
