Please help for Citroen c4, 2008 y, BSI JC km change ...original 259595, need 214150 km

Dash km also need change or here mileage dash take from bsi ?

So, what happen if I just write your file to bsi, but not touch dash? Mileage will change or bsi will take bigger km value- if dash it have, than take from it?

if dashboard have high km will send to bsi ,
so before assemble bsi need set same value in the dashboard
